Black and White Skirt

This creative skirt is fun to wear, with its black and white swirly pattern! The whole thing is stretchy, while also having an elastic waistband, so it’s easy to function in. There are two slits - one on each side of the leg. The length is approximately 23 1/2 inches. The tag is a little faded. As for clothing errors, there are two snags in the stitching and a tiny hole (see pictures), but the skirt, itself, is in good condition. 😊 💳 * PRICE IS FIRM * 💵
