Black and White Sleeveless Belted Pullover Dress with V-Neck, Size Medium

Classic summer dress that would be perfect in many settings. The design features an allover black and white palm frond pattern with solid black tie belt at the elasticized waist, and underlining which is revealed approximately 1" at the hemline. The V-neckline is modest and in a surplice style which appears to wrap at the waistline. Very well-made garment with lining and thread belt loops. In excellent preowned condition. Fabric is 95% Modal, 5% Spandex and is Machine Washable.
