This is a sleeveless, midi length, sheath dress from Tommy Hilfiger. Dress features crew neckline, peekaboo button closure at back of neck. Black dress with white bottom tier, black fabric drapes across front of skirt from hip to hem. Very nice weight to the fabric. No signs of wear. Labeled size 10. Measures 20" across chest, length is 37".
