The material is 95% cotton and 5% spandex. care: machine wash cold gentle with like colors/ tumble dry low/ low iron as needed. shoulder measurement: 13" across from seam to seam; waistline measurement: 11.5" across from seam to seam; bust measurement: 14.5" across from seam to seam; shoulder to waistline: 13.5"

jg826 waistline to hem: between 6.25" and 6.75" depending on where you measure from (sides are longer than center so it looks straight when worn). all measurements were taken while short was laid flat. the material is very soft and stretches to fit snuggly, but not too tight where you're uncomfortable.
