Black and White Striped Sweater NWOT

Super cute black and white striped sweater with tie detail on each of the cuffs. Perfect for fall to pair with jeans or trousers. Material is 41% viscose, 33% nylon, and 26% wool. Hits at around the waist; not cropped, but great length to tuck in. Excellent condition, has never been worn before. From a smoke and pet-free home.
