Black and White Striped Windsor Dress

This Windsor dress with its cute thin black belt with a bow is a phenomenon, with two colors that can go well with any shrug or cardigan, no matter what color, and would look great with a big hat and a pair of sandals (wedges, perhaps). It would look quite glamorous if shown to the center of town, or in any occasion where a lot of people will gather. Overall, not a bad choice. Not at all.
