Black and White Tropical Leaf Belted Swing Skirt

I LOVE this skirt, and if it still fit, I would be keeping it! Tag is a 20, but I bought it as a 22, and it fit my 42in waist. Has open size hips. It’s a lovely crisp and light cotton, very durable but airy, perfect for summer. Has belt loops and sash. The sash is attached with two stitches which I’ve never removed but you could if you wanted to wear it with a different belt. Wonderfully deep pockets! Buttons down the front, elasticated in the back. From Target Australia when I lived there :)
