Black and White striped mini dress with pockets

This was one of my favorite dresses and if it still for me I would keep it! It was bought in France. Jai Phonneur do vouoiunfom e...AVEC, pour femme (is what I think the label says). Size small. Has pockets and an attached waist tie. Zips up the back from shoulders to waist. Striped top with black bottom. Measurements are length, 31.5”, armpit to armpit 14” with a little stretch and dress is sleeveless, waist 13” flat with slight stretch.
