Black and brown chinese design embossed silk skirt

Chinese design jacquard silk fabric is black on one side, brown on the reverse. The skirt uses the black, then a wide reverse side brown border. Side slits the length of the border are topped with frog details. Invisible zipper 7” at side. Seams are all bound, and it is fully lined. The tag says XL, but its not US size. It's 39 inches around the hips. 16” lying flat at waist. Sits just below the natural waist.
