It's a dress, xl, but I wear it over skinny jeans with a low metal or shell belt. Short sleeve is nice with jacket or if it's really cold, with a black long sleeve tight top underneath. Looks great with scarves too. Black and brown, so it matches with everything under the sun just about. 😃 Also, it's in great shape. No snags or holes.
