Black and floral blouse by Kim and Cami from Anthropologie

PTP 22. This shirt has quite a lot of give. I can stretch it to 24. Super cute bright floral shirt. I can’t read the fabric, but the front is super stretchy and the back feels like polyester or acrylic. There is no give to the back.
