Black and floral silk dress

This is dress is black on the top with a floral silk skirt. The top is rouched as well as slightly padded. The blue ribbon in the middle is slightly ruffled to the back pieces which tie in a bow. The skirt is a very soft silk like fabric. Very flowy with a gorgeous green/blue/black floral design. It dress is below knee length with a zipper in the back. It has never been worn.
