Black and gold waistcoat

perfect little vintage black vest top by d. Frank petites with beautiful gold accents weaved throughout as well as gold buttons. the two breast panels are split down the middle and the back features a tie to cinch the waist. size isn’t labeled but measurements are as follows: Pit to pit: 17” Waist: 16” Pit to hem: 9” I would say it fits M! no flaws that I can see, great condition.
