Black and green prom dress! Very princessy 💚

Worn once, bought second hand. Black portion is velvet, green portion is satin that flows and is very pretty. Halter neck is flattering but modest. Would fit sizes xs and s, even med- tag says 5 but it’s very comfortable. For reference, I’m 5’4”
