Black and green strapless prom dress

A mini strapless party dress with a satin bow shaped bust line. Skirt has a tulle lining underneath to make the bottom puff out. Sequin design all around with some loose threading but barely noticeable. Lining underneath is an olive green to contrast the black overlay. Great paired with dramatic heels and a statement necklace.
