Black and grey/blue rain hat

Black rain hat by Central Falls. Has a pretty overlap/cut away detail at back of brim. Brim is able to be worn up or down, when worn up the pretty blue color shows. Packable, great for travel. Never worn. Inside where crown meets brim approx 22.25" around. Round crown approx 6" from brim to top center. Brim is approx 4.25" - 2.5" in length from crown. It is an asymmetrical brim. Tag says S/M for size
