Black and leather banded dress

This dress is very stretchy and comfortable. It has two front pockets in the banded part of the dress. If you are short it will hit about 1/2 above knee cap. If you are taller it will hit a littler higher on the thigh. 3/4 sleeve.70% raylon, 30% nylon, 60 %PU, 40% cotton. Hand wash dry flat. Very stretchy and soft. New with tags.
