Black and multicolor high low dress

Sexy, unique high low dress with partially open back. Versatile, can be worn to more formal or more casual event. The top fabric is stretchy and the waistline is fitted and flattering. There is a black fitted bottom that goes to the thigh while the beautiful, semi-sheer, multicolored fabric lays on top. It's one of my most favorite dresses but does not fit as well anymore. Gently used, much loved.
