so it is a backless over the neck. I believe it's called strap. you can also tie it if you want to. it has two hooks but it has three attachment hooks to adjust. it is a 3X. it is from unique vintage it has only been worn never and the awesome surprise about it. it has pockets!! I don't believe the bats glow in the dark. however, I have never worn it so I don't know it is soft. it is comfortable from what I can see and when I tried it on when I was able to fit into it, it does have an inner lining for the skirt and it goes all the way up the dress. it is a soft fabric on the inside and Yes it looks great on all vampires
