Black and nude lace dress by Soprano from Lucky Brand, size S

Dress was only worn a few times and is in fantastic shape! It just doesn't fit me anymore. It's a soft stretchy black lace with a nude slip underneath. The slip has cutouts on each side of the ribs and on the straps, so the black lace is see-through there. Bought new a few years ago for around $100.
