Black and pink polkadot short dress size Jr M/L

This dress has a sheer polkadotted layer over a pale pink fabric. Has a layer of tulle in between to add fullness. Strapless with light padding in chest. Zips up back, has tied to pull in waist. Little bit of elastic around the back to help hold up. Chest 16 inch Waist measured at band 15.5 Length 28 inch All measurements are take him address laid flat. This dress has no fabric label or size tag my guess is that it’s a medium or small in juniors, so please check measurements.
