Black and red floral cropped blouse with flow sleeves

Lightweight blouse material; NWOT good stitching and good quality compared to other Shein-branded items. Extra wide sleeves with elastic wrists. Very cute, just not my style. Bought on impulse and have had it in my closet for two years, but have never worn it.
