Black and red long sleeve dress

cleaning out my closet, if you like this piece, get it before it's gone 🙂 sleeve top part has a velvet feel. Skirt under layer is red. Skirt also has sheer black outer layer with red and black floral design. Zipper on side waist. Excellent shape and classy. Maybe worn once. Belt in good condition also. No tags. Top of shoulder to bottom hem 44.5 inches, across chest 20 inches, across waist 17 inches. Belt says size 14, it's 39 inches long. SOLD
