Black and red tie dye fit and flare dress

This was a handmade dress I bought a while ago. It's form fitting in the bust and relaxes a bit into a lose style. It has no elasticity to it so it doesn't stretch. Has a tie in the back so you can add a bow or adjust the tightness.
