Black and silver off shoulder crop top

Cropped velvet type feel, off the shoulder crop top. With flash on it has a more reflective look. It does have a zipper on the side. A cute going out top, would be great with high waisted pants. It is a more fitted top. Only worn twice, too big for me now or else I would keep it.
