Black and tan dress

Black and tan dress, on the front, the black panel is layered over the tan. The tan part of the dress is like a column dress though - you don’t have to worry about wind. Zipper in back. There are belt loops, but I do not have the belt. Some slight discoloration on the label, but the dress does not have stains or tears.
