Black and tan dress

Sheer type fabric for this black and tan hardly used dress. It has an elastic band at the waist for a snatched look. There is also a belt that is attached but it can be removed if necessary. It’s a lightweight type fit and is perfect for work or a fancy occasion. Pairs nicely with open toed black heels or even with flats.
