Black and tan matte finish waterproof boots

Soft sided boots, adjustable via strap at top. 16 1/2" tall from sole to top. Worn once or twice because I fell in love with the boots and bought them even though they were much too big for me! Bought from a very good shoe store in Manhattan. I can't remember or see the brand. They were made in China but are excellent quality.
