Black and white A-line Skirt

Lined cotton a-line skirt witg light pleating. Top layer has eyelets that are rimmed with black to make a pattern. Cute little tie at the top of the zipper. Also important to note that this skirt is fitted around the waist and the pleating starts around hip length. Very feminine and summery!
