Black and white Dress

APT 9 black and white dress with cuffed sleeves and tie around the waist. The material is stretchy and super comfortable. Very flattering to curves. Cute with boots, wedges and heels. Can also be worn with leggings. I am 5'6" and it hits about an inch above my knee.no ironing!
