Black and white appliqué top.

This black and white appliqué top has no tags anywhere on it. My mannequin is a size 6 and it fit perfectly. Black fabric is very soft possible cotton/poly blend. Appliqué is white with a silver thread throughout the roping. Sleeves are 3/4..
