Black and white button up mini skirt NWT

Brand NWT mini skirt. Feels very soft- almost like a felt or velvet. Made of cotton, rayon, and spandex. It’s a size medium and should fit a size 4-6. Not much stretch in the waist but definitely some stretch in the skirt. I do not have measurements.
