Black and white dress

If i remember this correctly, this is a Kate Spade dress but the tag was itchy so i removed it. Anyways below is the measurements Note: the thread of the right side of the "sleeves" is loose, just need to sew it up and its good Shoulder 26" Waist to hem 19" Chest 34" stretch to 38"
