Black and white dress

A beautifully flared black dress with white circles. The dress is a V shaped in the front with lightly padded breast cups. Towards the bottom of the dress, it has about an inch of an extra layer of ruffles tulle. The dress ties in the black and has no zippers, so you pull it over your head to get it on.
