Black and white dress

Beautiful black and white polyester dress. Has a v neck style. Hidden side zipper and ties in the back. The sleeves are wide throughout/bell sleeve. I purchased it online and just never wore it so it is new but it didn't come with tags. Was purchased online at Chic Star which I believe is an Asian store. The tag says size says 42 which should be a 14/16 but I think it runs one size small. I strongly encourage you to look at the picture of the conversion chart I uploaded from their site.
