Black and white dress size 14

80s style dress from Star by Julien Macdonald. Black and white stripe pattern with bat wing sleeves and gold buttons. Gathering at the back of the waist and slits at the hem line. It's oversized, meant to be worn loose I think but it's smaller on the hips.
