Black and white faux tweed pleat neck dress

Black and white knit dress with a pleated neck and pleats at the waistline. Size M, originally bought from ModCloth. On the short side; I’m 5’4” and it doesn’t quite come to my knees. Has pockets! Originally came with a red belt but it’s been destroyed.
