Vintage 90's Black & White Floral V-Neck Summer Dress. 100% polyester. Size 7/8. No stretch. Zips on the side. Ruffle hem. Bow on bust. V-back. Measurements were taken with the item laying flat across the front: Bust: 16.25" Waist: 14.25" Hips: 17.5" Length: 39" Dress tag says 7/8 but it fits more like a 4 (I purchased it thinking it would fit like a 6 or 8 but it was too small) I believe the size 7/8 size on the tag is juniors sizing.
