Black and white floral dress sz 2

Classic black and white floral dress with matching belt. Fit & flare with almost a circle skirt and POCKETS. Material is cotton sateen with cotton lining, nice and breathable. Cap sleeves, square neckline. Machine washable on gentle (minus belt), line dry. Great for weddings, baby showers, garden parties, or just looking cute! One small stain (see detail photo). It might come off with a Tide pen or some Oxy. The last image is the same dress but in a different pattern, included to show how it looks not on a hanger.
