messymommy @mochifred this dress does not have the tag in it. After I looked at it again, I realized it is strapless. PTP is 16 in. ribcage just under the bust is 14 in. It looks like padding has been added in the bust but can easily be removed. the zipper has been repaired but is not noticeable from the outside.
