Black and white formal bodycon dress

I bought this dress from Poshmark and was not pleased with how it looked on, the top has elastic strings poking out of the lace and they’re not really visible but I still pictured them as best I can. The tags were also seam ripped off by precious seller.. don’t want to eat a total loss on this one as it is still pretty it just needs the right owner. Item comes from a dog owning household.
