Black and white hi-low summer dress

Black and white summer dress with a hi-low design. The top is a t-shirt material in black and bottom is a sheer white and black stripe pattern. The black is also an underdress. Very cute and flowy for summer! There are some snags a few places that I tried to photograph. They aren’t tears and in person with how cute the dress is they aren’t super noticeable but want to be honest about them.
