Black and white lace strapless dress

Black lace overlay dress. Gorgeous. Has boning in the front chest and sides to give shape. Zipper in back. Sz 0. 100% polyester. The measurements at the black band under bust is 13". 32" long from highest point on busy to hem. For me it is too tight under the bust/smallest point. I measure 27.5" under bust if that helps.
