Black and white midi skirt

Perfect condition. Very thick material. Can be worn at the waist for a high waisted look or at the hip. It runs very big for an XS. I am typically a M and I found that my 30 inch waist needed an XS to be worn high waisted. At one point, I raised this skirt and made it into a dress. See first picture for reference.
