Black and white off the shoulder dress

Black and white pattern dress with a wide band cowl style or off the should style neck. Material has nice stretch. Third picture shows barely noticeable small thread pull on underside of neck, not able to see while dress is being worn. No other snags or any rips, stains or holes. Never worn. Measurements: Shoulders 20 inches; Length 31 inches.
