Black and white patterned dress

Oriental style neckline, button up dress with side slits that hit about mid-upper thigh. Bought it from Zaful.com and it didn't fit me unfortunately. Size says XL but it fits like a SMALL. Has a sash that can be tied around the waist. New without tags.
