Vintage black and white dress. Semi sheer, needs a black slip. Elastic waist with black ribbon sash through threaded belt loops. Long sleeves with wide cuffs. High ruffled neckline, bodice buttons with two buttons at throat, keyhole opening if these are buttoned, buttons down the front to the waist. 100% polyester. Tag: Halmode Petites, Size 10.
