Black and white polka dot, bell sleeve top/blouse Forever 21 Papaya Old Navy

Super cute black and white top with three quarter length gathered, bell sleeves and slit sides. There's a small spot on the front, I tried to get a picture of it in the last shot, but it's super light and hard to see. This would look super cute with some high waisted, skinny jeans and black wedged ankle boots! Or, you could dress it up with black wide legged pants. Could also go the vintage route and wear a black handkerchief in your hair with a high ponytail, or a flip at the end. Also pairs perfect with classic black converse.
