Black and white polka dot dress

This frilly number is a White House Black Market dress made of 100% polyester. A great choice for a formal or semi-formal event, it can easily be dressed down with a jean jacket. It is strapless, however there are loops for straps to be added if desired. There is enough padding to go bra-less, but enough space to accommodate undergarments or additional padding. Although the skirt looks sheer, there is a built-in slip (shown in images) that prevents it from being see-through.
