Black and white polka dot dress

This dress has a great retro look. Soft black lining is topped with a sheer outer layer that gives it a comfy feel and dressy look. Underarm zipper makes for easy on and off while hidden. Great condition with exception of a small pull in the sheer over layer on the bottom of the skirt (see photo closeup).
